Prevention is the best medicine. Regular wellness exams help us catch health issues early and keep your pet happy and healthy for years to come.
During a wellness exam, our veterinarians perform a comprehensive head-to-tail evaluation of your pet. This includes checking their eyes, ears, teeth, heart, lungs, abdomen, skin, and joints.
We'll discuss your pet's diet, exercise habits, behavior, and any concerns you may have. Based on age and lifestyle, we'll recommend appropriate vaccinations, parasite prevention, and any necessary diagnostic tests.
Pets age faster than humans and can't tell us when something feels wrong. Annual exams (or twice yearly for seniors) allow us to detect conditions like dental disease, heart murmurs, arthritis, and organ dysfunction before they become serious.
Puppies & Kittens: Every 3-4 weeks until 16 weeks old
Adults (1-7 years): Annual wellness exams
Seniors (7+ years): Twice yearly exams with bloodwork
